Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By creating an account and using 77cb's services, you agree to these terms.

77cb ("Platform", "we", "our") operates an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. The terms and conditions stated below ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and 77cb. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

1 Definitions & Scope

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

  • "User" or "you" — any person who accesses the 77cb platform, opens an account, or uses the service.
  • "Service" — all online gaming, sports betting, casino games, live casino, and related features available on the 77cb platform.
  • "Account" — the personal profile registered by a user on the 77cb platform.
  • "Bonus" — any promotional credit, cashback, or additional benefit granted by the platform.
  • "Wagering Requirement" — the obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds may be withdrawn.

These Terms apply to all services on 77cb. Where separate terms exist for a specific game or promotion, those special terms operate alongside these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the special terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use the services on 77cb, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a person with full legal capacity.
  • You must be participating in this service voluntarily and knowingly.
  • You are not on 77cb's self-exclusion list.
  • Participating in online gaming is not prohibited for you under applicable local law.

2.2 Account Registration Process

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. One person may not open more than one account — only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

77cb may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Required documents may include:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
  • Any additional documents requested by the platform.

3 Account Security & Confidentiality

It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Please follow these rules strictly:

  • Never share your login password with anyone.
  • Do not allow any other person to use or transfer your account.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.

77cb is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account unless a technical fault on the platform's part is proven. If you lose or forget your password, submit a recovery request through the support channel.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into your 77cb account, use the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits must come from your own mobile banking account — funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

A minimum balance of ৳1,000 is required to submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if verification has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.
  • In cases of suspicious activity, we reserve the right to conduct additional investigation.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on 77cb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is no facility for transactions in foreign currency. If any additional fee applies to a deposit or withdrawal, it will be clearly communicated before the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x), calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only — not the combined total of deposit and bonus. This is part of 77cb's fair bonus policy.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer can be claimed only once per person / per household / per device / per IP address.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — once the wagering requirement is met, they will be added to the main balance.
  • Where a promotional offer has specific terms, those terms will apply.
  • 77cb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If misuse of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

77cb's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Players can advance to higher tiers through regular active play. 77cb reserves the right to modify VIP tiers and benefits.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

The outcome of all games on the 77cb platform is governed by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). We are committed to ensuring fair play. In the event of any dispute over a game result, 77cb's system logs will be considered the final evidence.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Void Bets

Bets may be cancelled or voided under the following circumstances:

  • A technical fault occurs or a game is interrupted.
  • A game or event is postponed or cancelled.
  • Displayed odds or offers are published incorrectly.
  • A failure occurs in the platform's system.

In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules and terms apply when placing bets on sports markets. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed; however, specific terms apply to the in-play betting feature.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77cb platform:

  • Fraud & Manipulation: Any fraudulent activity, use of bots, or attempts to influence game outcomes.
  • Money Laundering: Using the platform as a means to legitimize illegal funds.
  • Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or providing false information in order to claim bonus benefits.
  • Account Sale or Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring an account to a third party.
  • Granting Minors Access: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access an account.
  • System Damage: Attempting to harm the platform through hacking, viruses, or malicious software.
  • False Information: Providing incorrect or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be closed immediately, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken where necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

77cb believes gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of financial stress. We place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

8.1 Self-Limits

Users can set their own deposit, betting, and loss limits on their account. Contact the support team to activate this feature.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that gaming is having a negative impact on their life, they may apply for self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is active, access to the account will be restricted for a set period.

8.3 Age Verification

We strictly prevent participation by minors. Opening or using an account by anyone under the age of 21 is completely prohibited. If there is any doubt about a user's age, we may request additional verification at any time.

9 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 77cb platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, game mechanics, and other elements — is the intellectual property of 77cb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

  • Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is prohibited.
  • Access to the platform is granted for personal and non-commercial use only.
  • 77cb's trademarks or trade names may not be used without permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 77cb is not liable for:

  • Interruption to a game or transaction caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
  • Losses caused by the failure of a third-party service provider (payment gateway, game provider).
  • Losses caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
  • If the service is interrupted due to natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances.
  • Due to issues with the user's device or software.

However, if a direct financial loss occurs as a result of our error, 77cb will arrange appropriate remedies.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Account Closure by 77cb

77cb may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • As required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Submit your account closure request through the support channel. Withdraw any existing balance before closing the account. If the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met, the bonus will be forfeited.

12 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints in good faith and on the basis of fairness.
